By alternating documentary with fiction, a portrait is drawn of Peter van Straaten, eminent draughtsman of political cartoons, the long-term Parool serial Agnes and a countless series of painfully comical sketches of everyday life. Interviews with Van Straaten - outside, at home and at work - smoothly merge with dramatised excerpts from Agnes (played by people like Renée Fokker, Pierre Bokma and Hans Kesting). 'That's me, dressed up as a woman', he says about this creation. The camera peeks over his shoulder when Van Straaten makes his black-and-white drawings with pen and ink. His humour is harsh; he draws people in all their spinelessness, sadness and dishonesty, with a remarkable eye to facial expressions and postures. Through his drawings and stories, he also talks about his personal experiences with alcohol, relationships, family, health and sex - and his lifelong love for birds in the open field.

A boy and a girl will indulge in a peculiar fight ...

A musical comedy drama about a young woman (played by Tina Leslie) rebelling against society's attitudes (including her parents, her doctor, her priest and teacher) towards people like her who are without hands or in other ways different. Everyone is trying to force her to wear artificial hands, everyone except for her disabled friend (Nabil Shaban), who assists in her revolt.

Øjvind, a smallholder's boy, is a close friend with Marit, a farmer's girl, throughout their entire childhood. As an adolescent he one day recognizes that she has become a maiden, and that he has fallen in love with her. When he sees Marit dancing with Jon Halten, a farmer's son, he gets sad, and notices that when you start loving someone, you are not cheerful any more. He senses the social distance between himself and Marit, and tries to compensate this by becoming the best pupil in the village. Øjvind wants to study at an agricultural college, and the old schoolmaster helps him to arrange this. When he some years later returns to the village as an agronomist, he and Marit resume their romance. Because of their different social status Marit's grandfather, Ola Nordistua, tries to stop the liaison. With new agricultural methods Øjvind helps his father to get better harvests. At the same time the old Ola Nordistua sees his farm going downhill as no one really cares for it.

It was Christmas time. Three friends - a newspaper reporter, a bass player, and a lawyer - were on their way to visit someone. After buying gifts, they rushed to the train station. However, there were no seats available in the first-class compartment. In the second-class compartment, they found a lady sitting alone. However, the lady refused to let them enter the compartment. The friends decided to play a prank on the lady and took her to the train station to find out if her belongings were in the compartment. As a result, they had to pay for the lady's carriage and were unable to catch up with the train. The lady, who had seemed scandalous at first, turned out to be very nice and invited them to her house for Christmas.

When Arturo is offered a job in another country, he is forced reevaluate his feelings towards Sandra. They'll both have to make a decision between love and their careers.

It's about a mother who love her daughter so much. The mother's love and warmth that was passed through her hand to protect her daughter from a car overturned accident, resulting in decapitation of her hand due to the broken window and she eventually died. But, the hand was never recovered, leaving her a handles corpse. Where is that hand now? we don't exactly know.

A mail bag stolen in a robbery 15 years ago, is found and the post office decide that the letters should be delivered. A newspaper reporter, accompanied by a post office security officer decide to follow up several of the letters, that could change the lives of the recipients.
